Refund Policy

Try Game Bot Creator free for 7 days first. If something still goes wrong with a payment, here's what we do.

Free for 7 days. The trial costs nothing; cancel before it ends and you're never charged.

Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time; your subscription then stops at the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund the rest of a period you've already started using.
Forgot to cancel? If a renewal was charged and you haven't used the app or any AI credits since, email us within 14 days of that payment and we refund it in full.
Charged twice, or charged after cancelling? Email us and we fix it right away.

Unused top-up credits can be refunded within 14 days of buying them. Credits you've already used aren't refunded.

Email support@gamebotcreator.com with your order number (it's in your receipt email).
Or reply directly to your Paddle receipt, or use paddle.net to find your order and cancel.
Our reseller Paddle sends the money back to the payment method you used, usually within 5-10 working days depending on your bank.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights, for example if the app doesn't work as described.
