Terms of Sale and Use
These terms apply when you subscribe to or use Game Bot Creator (the "app"), including its AI credits. Please read them before you subscribe.
1. Who we are
Game Bot Creator is made by Rob Ruijter, an independent software developer based in the Netherlands ("we", "us"). Contact: support@gamebotcreator.com.
2. Subscribing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the purchase itself.
- Game Bot Creator is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly. Prices include VAT where it applies and are shown before you pay.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time (link in your receipt email, or from the app); you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- If we change the price of a plan, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first.
- After checkout, your license key is sent to the email address you used.
3. Free trial
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You add a payment method at checkout; the first payment is taken when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
- The trial includes the full app, 20 AI credits and one short model-training run. Your monthly AI credits start with your first payment. You can start paying early from inside the app to get them straight away.
- One trial per person and per PC. We may refuse a trial when a PC or payment method has already had one.
4. Your license
- While your subscription (or trial) is active, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app. You don't buy the app itself or its source code.
- One subscription can be active on 2 PCs at the same time. You can move it to another PC yourself from inside the app.
- When the subscription ends, the app stops working after its next license check (an activated app keeps working offline for a short while).
- You may not share your license key publicly, resell it, or try to get around the license check, copy protection, device limit or credit system, or reverse-engineer the app.
5. Using the app responsibly
- The app automates mouse, keyboard and touch input based on what's shown on your screen. It doesn't read or change any game's memory or files.
- You are responsible for how you use it. Many games and online services have their own rules about automation. Check and follow the rules of every game or service you use the app with. We aren't responsible for any action a game publisher or service takes against your account.
- Don't use the app to break the law, to harm others, or to disrupt a service for other people.
6. Shared configs
If you share a config with other users, you confirm you have the right to share its contents (for example, the images you captured). Shared configs are public. We may hide or remove any shared config at our discretion, for example after a report. Configs other users share are provided as they are, without checks by us.
7. AI features and credits
- The AI Helper, AI Generate, auto-labeling and model training run on our servers and third-party AI providers, and use AI credits. You must be 18 or older to use the AI features.
- Your subscription includes 500 credits per month. They are added at each payment and expire at the next one; they don't carry over.
- Credits you buy separately (top-ups) don't expire while you have an account with us. They can only be used in the app: they have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred, except through a transfer feature we offer in the app.
- The app shows how many credits an action costs before you run it. What an action costs in credits can change when our providers' prices change; we announce such changes in the app first. Credits you already have keep their value.
- What an AI feature suggests may be wrong; review it before you use it. Don't put personal data of others into AI features.
8. Refunds
See the refund policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
9. Warranty and liability
We do our best to make the app work well, but games change, and we can't promise it works with every game, every game version or every setup, or that it runs without interruption. To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights under mandatory consumer law.
10. Online services
License activation and config sharing use our servers. We aim to keep them running but can't guarantee they're always available. If the license server can't be reached, an activated app keeps working for a while.
11. Ending the license
If you seriously break these terms (for example by sharing or reselling your license key), we may deactivate your license. A refunded subscription payment also ends the license for that period.
12. Changes and law
We may update these terms; we announce changes that affect you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they apply, and you can cancel before then. Dutch law applies. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you can go to the courts there.
