Refund Policy

If Game Bot Creator isn't right for you, you get your money back.

How to ask for a refund

• Email support@gamebotcreator.com with your order number (it's in your receipt email) and a short note on why. The reason helps us improve the app; it doesn't decide the refund.
• Or reply directly to your Paddle receipt, or use paddle.net to find your order.

What happens next

• Our reseller Paddle sends the money back to the payment method you used, usually within 5-10 working days depending on your bank.
• Your license key is deactivated once the refund is processed.

After 7 days

After 7 days we don't offer refunds as standard, but email us if something isn't working: we'd rather fix it. This doesn't affect your statutory rights, for example if the app doesn't work as described.
