Terms of Sale and Use
These terms apply when you buy or use Game Bot Creator (the "app"). Please read them before you buy.
1. Who we are
Game Bot Creator is made by Rob Ruijter, a sole trader in the Netherlands ("we", "us"). Contact: support@gamebotcreator.com.
2. Buying the app
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the purchase itself.
Prices are shown before you pay. VAT or sales tax is added where it applies. After payment, your license key is sent to the email address you used at checkout.
3. Your license
- Buying gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app. You don't buy the app itself or its source code.
- One license can be active on 2 PCs at the same time. You can move it to another PC yourself from inside the app.
- Updates released after your purchase are included at no extra cost.
- You may not share your license key publicly, resell it, or try to get around the license check, copy protection or device limit, or reverse-engineer the app.
4. Using the app responsibly
- The app automates mouse, keyboard and touch input based on what's shown on your screen. It doesn't read or change any game's memory or files.
- You are responsible for how you use it. Many games and online services have their own rules about automation. Check and follow the rules of every game or service you use the app with. We aren't responsible for any action a game publisher or service takes against your account.
- Don't use the app to break the law, to harm others, or to disrupt a service for other people.
5. Shared configs
If you share a config with other users, you confirm you have the right to share its contents (for example, the images you captured). Shared configs are public. We may hide or remove any shared config at our discretion, for example after a report. Configs other users share are provided as they are, without checks by us.
6. AI features
The AI features are optional. Today they use your own accounts with third-party providers (for example a Google AI Studio key), under those providers' terms. What an AI feature suggests may be wrong; review it before you use it.
7. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase. See the refund policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
8. Warranty and liability
We do our best to make the app work well, but games change, and we can't promise it works with every game, every game version or every setup, or that it runs without interruption. To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights under mandatory consumer law.
9. Online services
License activation and config sharing use our servers. We aim to keep them running but can't guarantee they're always available. If the license server can't be reached, an activated app keeps working for a while.
10. Ending the license
If you seriously break these terms (for example by sharing or reselling your license key), we may deactivate your license. A refunded purchase also ends the license.
11. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Dutch law applies. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you can go to the courts there.
